The core manufacturing area avails of modern core shooting machines with shooting volumes of 20–100 litres and on which high-quality cores are produced in an competitive manner. We work with cold-setting artificial resin binding systems.
Moulds are manufactured for serial castings on a highly productive, mechanised hand-operated moulding machine. Individual items and small series with maximum piece weights of 10 tonnes are finished on a partially mechanised hand-operated moulding machine. Only artificial resin-bound moulding materials are processed on all moulding lines.
