With approx. 300 employees and annual production of 5,500 tonnes, we are among the leading producers of cast steel in Europe.

Our core activity involves the manufacture and finishing of cast steel components for industrial valves and pumps. Other sales areas include railway technology, power generation technology, mechanical engineering as well as offshore technology.

One focus of production is represented by castings for valves and pumps for industrial applications. Accordingly, heat-resistant, low-temperature, stainless, wear resistant, duplex, Ni-basis and other steels are produced to national and international standards and customer specifications. These products are then used worldwide in power stations, offshore plants, in the chemicals, oil and gas industries, in the area of power generation as well as in refrigeration and environment technology.

Our products are obliged to comply with maximum safety standards which is why stringent quality controls as well as comprehensive process documentation are essential. Both, internal auditors and official classification societies acting on behalf of our customers are responsible for final acceptance of products. We avail of supplier approvals from practically every official classificatio societies in Europe.

Technical preparation of casting production and product development is performed using state-of-the-art computer-aided simulation techniques for key parameters of the production process with the result that the solidification process, distribution of stresses and even the mechanical properties can be depicted prior to the production process, thus providing some essential guidelines for intensive consultation for our customers.
